Tourism Marketing Executive

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for tourism destinations, tours, packages, and travel services.

Promote travel packages through social media, websites, email, online advertising, and other marketing channels.

Create engaging promotional content, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.

Manage and update tourism-related websites, social media accounts, and online listings.

Conduct market research to understand tourist preferences, travel trends, competitors, and target markets.

Identify new customer segments and opportunities to increase tourism sales.

Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, transport providers, and other tourism partners.

Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, influencers, media organizations, and tourism partners.

Support the development of seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and travel packages.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about destinations, packages, prices, and services.

Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, enquiries, leads, bookings, and marketing costs.

Prepare regular marketing and sales reports for management.

Organize or support travel fairs, exhibitions, promotional events, familiarization trips, and destination campaigns.

Coordinate with creative teams to ensure consistent branding and promotional materials.

Monitor online reviews and customer feedback and coordinate responses where required.

Maintain marketing databases, customer information, and campaign records.

Ensure promotional content is accurate and complies with company policies.

Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.
