Tour Guide

Welcome and accompany tourists during guided tours and excursions.

Provide clear and engaging information about historical sites, attractions, culture, traditions, and local areas.

Plan and follow tour itineraries and schedules.

Explain important facts and stories in an interesting and easy-to-understand manner.

Answer tourists’ questions and provide helpful recommendations.

Coordinate transportation, entry tickets, meals, activities, and other tour arrangements when required.

Ensure guests follow site rules, safety requirements, and local regulations.

Monitor the group and assist guests with special needs or reasonable requests.

Handle unexpected changes, delays, or minor issues during tours.

Maintain accurate tour schedules, guest information, and other required records.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, attractions, restaurants, and tour operators.

Provide information about local shops, restaurants, cultural activities, and attractions when appropriate.

Collect guest feedback and report issues to the tour manager or company.

Promote responsible and respectful tourism practices.

Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established emergency procedures.

Perform other duties assigned by the Tour Manager or management.
