Telecom Infrastructure Manager

Plan, deploy, and manage telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber-optic networks, towers, antennas, and transmission systems. Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of telecom equipment. Manage network availability, performance, capacity, and reliability. Supervise infrastructure projects, including network expansion and modernization. Coordinate with network engineers, field technicians, contractors, and service providers. Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize network downtime. Manage telecom infrastructure budgets, resources, and operating costs. Evaluate vendors, negotiate service agreements, and monitor vendor performance. Ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, safety requirements, and technical standards. Oversee infrastructure documentation, asset inventories, and maintenance records. Implement disaster recovery, business continuity, and network resilience strategies. Assess new technologies to improve network efficiency and scalability. Prepare infrastructure performance reports and provide updates to senior management. Lead, train, and evaluate infrastructure and technical operations teams.
