Senior ML Researcher

Conduct research in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or related areas.

Develop and evaluate new machine-learning algorithms, architectures, and methodologies.

Design and implement experiments to test research hypotheses.

Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine-learning models using large datasets.

Analyze experimental results and identify opportunities for model and algorithm improvements.

Review and stay current with academic papers, research publications, and emerging AI technologies.

Develop research prototypes and proof-of-concept systems.

Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and other researchers.

Contribute to research papers, technical reports, patents, and conference submissions.

Establish appropriate benchmarks, evaluation metrics, and experimental methodologies.

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and computational efficiency.

Work with large datasets and data-processing pipelines as required.

Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance to team members.

Present research findings and technical recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain clear documentation of experiments, code, models, and research results.

Contribute to responsible AI practices, including model safety, fairness, privacy, and reliability.

Perform other duties assigned by the Research Lead or AI Research Director.
