Research Project Manager

Plan, organize, and manage research projects from concept to completion.

Define project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Coordinate researchers, analysts, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk-management strategies.

Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Track project budgets, resources, expenses, and operational requirements.

Coordinate data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting activities.

Ensure research methodologies and project processes follow applicable quality and ethical standards.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

Prepare project status reports, presentations, and research progress updates for stakeholders.

Manage relationships with clients, research partners, vendors, institutions, and other stakeholders.

Organize project meetings and maintain records of decisions and action items.

Review research outputs and ensure they meet agreed quality and scope requirements.

Support publication, presentation, or dissemination of research findings where applicable.

Maintain project documentation, research records, and relevant compliance documents.
