Production Assistant (Event Management)

Assist the production and event management teams with event planning and execution. Coordinate event setup, dismantling, staging, lighting, sound, and audiovisual equipment. Support logistics, transportation, inventory, and equipment management. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and event staff. Help prepare production schedules, checklists, and event documentation. Monitor event setup and ensure requirements are completed on time. Assist with venue inspections and site preparation. Provide on-site operational support during events and resolve minor issues. Follow health, safety, and venue regulations. Assist with post-event cleanup, equipment returns, and production reports.
