Procure pharmaceutical products, medicines, medical supplies, and related materials according to organizational requirements. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with qualified pharmaceutical suppliers and vendors. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders. Verify supplier credentials, product specifications, quality documents, and applicable licenses. Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, quality assurance, finance, and logistics teams. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Check product batch numbers, expiry dates, storage requirements, and delivery documentation.
