Nurse / Compounder

Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.

Assist doctors and other medical professionals during examinations and procedures.

Check and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.

Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and treatments in accordance with applicable qualifications, orders, and procedures.

Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.

Provide wound care, dressing changes, and basic first aid as required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient-care areas and medical equipment.

Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor or senior medical staff.

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, medication records, and other documentation.

Check and maintain basic medical supplies, medicines, and equipment.

Follow infection-control, hygiene, and healthcare safety procedures.

Assist with emergency response and basic first aid within training and scope of practice.

Explain basic care instructions to patients and attendants as directed by medical staff.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Dispose of medical waste safely according to applicable procedures.

Coordinate with reception, pharmacy, laboratory, and other healthcare staff when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the doctor, nursing supervisor, or management.
