Install, assemble, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.

Inspect machines and identify mechanical faults, wear, and potential failures.

Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns efficiently.

Use precision tools and measuring instruments to ensure proper machine alignment.

Maintain and repair pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and equipment specifications.

Perform equipment leveling, balancing, and shaft alignment.

Replace bearings, seals, belts, chains, gears, and other worn components.

Lubricate machinery and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.

Assist with machinery installation, relocation, and commissioning.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with electricians, engineers, operators, and other maintenance personnel.

Follow workplace safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and applicable regulations.

Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
