Mason (Skilled Trades)

Mix and apply mortar, cement, plaster, and other construction materials.

Construct walls, foundations, partitions, pavements, and related structures.

Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements.

Measure, cut, and shape masonry materials as required.

Repair and restore damaged masonry structures.

Ensure proper alignment, level, spacing, and finishing of masonry work.

Use hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment safely and effectively.

Prepare work areas and maintain tools and equipment.

Follow construction schedules and site instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, helpers, supervisors, and other skilled trades.
