Marketing Communications Manager

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.

Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, print, events, and other relevant channels.

Develop and manage high-quality content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations, case studies, press releases, and marketing collateral.

Manage social media communication and coordinate with internal/external teams for content planning and execution.

Work closely with creative teams, agencies, designers, copywriters, and vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.

Develop communication plans for new product launches, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.

Support public relations and media relations, including press releases, media communications, and PR activities.

Monitor brand perception, market trends, competitor communication, and audience behavior.

Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, HR, and other internal teams to ensure consistent organizational communication.

Track campaign performance and prepare reports using relevant marketing metrics and analytics.

Optimize campaigns based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends.

Manage marketing communication budgets, timelines, agencies, and external partners.

Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines and maintains consistent tone and visual identity.

Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, PR, and brand communications.
