Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality.

Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Identify defects, deviations, and quality-related problems.

Perform root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct process and product quality audits.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Monitor quality KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Support continuous improvement and defect-reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with ISO and applicable industry standards.

Train production employees on quality procedures.
