Maintenance Attendant

Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facility areas.

Assist maintenance staff with basic repair and maintenance activities.

Report damaged equipment, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and other maintenance requirements.

Perform basic tasks such as changing bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor painting, and simple repairs.

Assist with preventive maintenance of machinery and facility equipment.

Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

Operate basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.

Assist technicians during repair, installation, and servicing activities.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and reported issues.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.

Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Ensure proper handling and storage of maintenance tools and materials.

Support emergency maintenance activities when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
