Machine Operator (Maintenance Services)

Operate machines and equipment safely according to established operating procedures.

Monitor machine performance and identify unusual sounds, vibrations, leaks, or other abnormalities.

Perform routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machinery.

Assist maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Conduct machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.

Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues and report major faults to the maintenance team.

Maintain machine operating logs, maintenance records, and checklists.

Ensure machines are operating within required safety and quality standards.

Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules.

Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments appropriately.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around machines and work areas.

Report damaged components, equipment failures, and safety hazards promptly.

Assist with installation, dismantling, and replacement of machine components when required.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Follow all applicable workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
