Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Reduce production waste, defects, downtime, and operating costs. Improve workflow, cycle time, and resource utilization. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor production performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train employees on lean manufacturing tools and practices. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
