Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.

Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and unnecessary process steps.

Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Develop and standardize efficient work procedures.

Work with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and prepare improvement reports.

Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Train employees on Lean Manufacturing methods and best practices.

Ensure process improvements comply with safety and quality requirements.
