Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Analyze production processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.

Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Just-in-Time.

Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.

Improve production efficiency, cycle time, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Identify opportunities to reduce material waste, downtime, defects, and operating costs.

Conduct root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.

Work with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve processes.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Monitor key production and process performance indicators.

Conduct time studies and line balancing activities.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

Train employees on Lean tools, standard work, and continuous improvement practices.

Prepare reports and present improvement results to management.

Ensure improvement activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
