Kitchen Steward

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces.

Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage areas, sinks, and workstations.

Collect, separate, and dispose of kitchen waste properly.

Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation and cleaning tasks.

Ensure adequate availability of clean utensils, plates, and kitchen equipment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Keep kitchen supplies and cleaning materials organized.

Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.

Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.

Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.

Perform other housekeeping and kitchen-support duties as assigned.
