
HR Compliance Executive

Job Description
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, registers, and reports within prescribed timelines.
Maintain accurate employee and statutory compliance records, both physical and digital.
Coordinate with PF/ESI offices, labour departments, government authorities, auditors, and external consultants as required.
Monitor changes and updates in labour laws and assess their impact on company policies and processes.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and records.
Ensure proper documentation for employee onboarding, exits, attendance, leave, wages, and other HR processes.
Verify payroll-related statutory deductions and ensure timely deposits.
Assist in handling labour-law notices, inspections, queries, and compliance-related correspondence.
Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.
Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements.
Prepare periodic compliance reports and management dashboards.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
