Handle employee grievances and support conflict-resolution processes.

Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

Support organizational restructuring and change-management initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Maintain strong communication between employees, managers, and HR leadership.

Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, learning and development, payroll, and other HR functions.
