HR Analytics Specialist

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources. Develop dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics. Analyze employee turnover, retention, absenteeism, and engagement trends. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness. Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting. Identify trends and patterns in employee performance and workforce productivity. Conduct HR data analysis to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Develop predictive models for attrition and workforce planning where appropriate. Prepare periodic HR analytics reports and present findings to management. Collaborate with HR business partners, recruitment teams, payroll, and finance. Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Recommend data-driven improvements to HR policies and processes. Ensure HR reporting practices comply with applicable data protection requirements.
