Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently at construction or industrial sites.

Perform excavation, grading, loading, lifting, digging, and material-handling activities.

Conduct daily inspections of machinery before and after operation.

Follow operating procedures, safety regulations, and site instructions.

Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical problems or defects.

Perform basic maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments.

Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other equipment operators.

Ensure proper positioning and safe movement of machinery and materials.

Maintain accurate equipment usage and maintenance records.

Follow designated work schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean and safe work area around operating equipment.

Stop operations and report unsafe conditions or equipment failures immediately.

Assist maintenance personnel with equipment servicing and repairs when required.
