Food Production Supervisor

Supervise daily food production activities and ensure production targets are met. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and guide production workers. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the production process. Monitor raw materials, ingredients, and inventory levels. Inspect machinery and coordinate maintenance to prevent production delays. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain production records, quality reports, and operational documentation. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions. Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency. Train employees on food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Coordinate with quality control, warehouse, and maintenance departments.
