Finance Executive

Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements. Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain financial documentation and support audit requirements. Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data.
