Custodian

Clean and maintain assigned buildings, rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces as required.

Collect and dispose of waste properly.

Refill cleaning and restroom supplies when necessary.

Monitor the condition of facilities, furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

Report maintenance issues, damage, safety hazards, or repairs to the appropriate supervisor.

Perform basic maintenance tasks when required and within the scope of the role.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the premises.

Follow health, safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.

Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.

Assist with setting up or moving furniture and equipment when required.

Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment.

Support other facility-related duties as assigned.
