Conversational AI Engineer

Design and develop conversational AI solutions for web, mobile, chat, and voice-based applications.

Build and integrate LLM-powered chatbots and virtual assistants using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent technologies.

Develop effective prompts, system instructions, conversation flows, and guardrails.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using internal knowledge bases and enterprise data.

Develop integrations with REST APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party platforms.

Build and maintain conversational workflows, intents, entities, context handling, and fallback mechanisms.

Integrate speech technologies such as Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) for voice-based AI applications.

Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, safety, latency, and consistency.

Develop evaluation frameworks and test conversational AI systems using real-world scenarios.

Monitor production AI applications and troubleshoot performance, integration, and response-quality issues.

Implement techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve response reliability.

Work with product managers, developers, designers, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Maintain technical documentation for prompts, workflows, APIs, models, and system architecture.

Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, agentic AI, and conversational technologies.
