Building Caretaker

Monitor and maintain the overall condition of the building.

Handle basic cleaning, maintenance, and repair coordination.

Check electricity, water supply, plumbing, lighting, and other facilities.

Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and other service providers.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and expenses.

Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Report damages, faults, or safety issues to management.

Monitor security and visitor movement when required.

Support emergency and safety procedures.

Perform other building-related duties assigned by management.
