Branch Network Engineer

Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and VPN connections.

Provide network support for branch offices and resolve connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, and VPN problems.

Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth, and incidents.

Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for connectivity-related issues.

Perform network installations, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.

Maintain network diagrams, IP address records, configuration backups, and technical documentation.

Implement network security policies and access controls.

Support technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, SD-WAN, or equivalent platforms.

Handle incidents and service requests according to defined SLA requirements.

Participate in network audits, disaster-recovery activities, and infrastructure projects.

Provide remote and onsite support to branch users when required.
